More… Anyone wishing to address the Mayor and Council, or Planning Commission either in a Public Hearing or in the Visitors Section of the Agenda, must complete a Speaker’s Appearance Form either online or in person prior to the meeting. Forms completed online should be submitted before 4:30 the day of the Council or Planning Commission meeting. If after 4:30 p.m., forms can be filled out in person and are to be given to staff prior to the start of the meeting. Speaker testimony will be limited to three minutes with discretion of the Mayor or Chair of the meeting.Less…
