PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Blue Springs, Missouri, will consider the adoption of an Ordinance at the September 18, 2023 City Council meeting to create a subgroup of Public Safety employees that includes Detention Service and Communications Officers that allows for a normal retirement age of 55 instead of 60. The proposed change shall be effective October 1, 2023.
In accordance with 105.675 RSMo., the Supplemental Valuation for the City of Blue Springs Public Safety Department Split is available for inspection during normal business hours in the Office of the City Clerk or on the City’s website at www.bluespringsgov.com.
