Blue Springs announces new Director of Public Works
BLUE SPRINGS,- MO. Effective Monday, July 10, 2023, Tom Degenhardt will lead the Public Works team as the Director of Public Works.
Tom previously worked for the City as the City Engineer from December 2016 – July 2019. He has been the Director of Public Works at Oak Grove since 2019.
At Oak Grove, he also serves as the City Engineer and Community Development Director.
