The City of Blue Springs and Blue Springs Parks and Recreation Department are excited to announce the return of the much beloved community Fireworks display, Red, White and Blue Springs on July 4, 2021.
“We are thrilled to be able to bring back fireworks and Red, White and Blue Springs to celebrate Independence Day,” said Mayor Carson Ross. “Thank you to the Blue Springs School District for once again allowing use of your facilities in order to host this beloved community event.”
This year’s event will be held at Blue Springs South High School Larry Stewart Memorial Stadium, 1200 SE Adams Dairy Parkway. This is a different location than in previous years due to construction at the School District.
The gates open at 6:30 p.m. and there will be food trucks, live music and family fun. At 7:30 p.m. Loose Change will take the stage, playing a variety of hits sure to make you smile. At 9:45 the fireworks display will begin.
