BLUE SPRINGS, MO. – The City of Blue Springs is celebrating the completion of the long-awaited Roanoke Drive Improvements with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday, Aug. 14 at 9:30 a.m.
This project widened a portion of NE Roanoke Drive from a 20-foot wide country road to a 36-foot wide collector street and included curb, gutters, storm sewers and sidewalks. It is anticipated the improvements will substantially increase the safety of drivers on the road and support continued development and growth.
The ceremony will take place at the entrance to the Falcon Wood subdivision and all are welcome to attend.
