BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – The City of Blue Springs will host a Badge Pinning Ceremony for Chief Bob Muenz on Monday, October 2 immediately after the City Council meeting beginning at 6 p.m. in the Howard L. Brown Building located at 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, Mo.

In April 2017, Eric Johnson named Deputy Chief Bob Muenz as the new Chief of Police effective October 1, 2017. Muenz will succeed Chief Wayne McCoy who is retiring after serving the Blue Springs community for over 15 years as Chief of Police.
