Ages 5-7: Session 1 - Tues. 6-7pm; Session 2 - Thurs. 6-7pm
Ages 8-11: Session 1 - Tues. 5-6pm; Session 2 - Thurs. 5-6pm
Ages 12-14: Session 1 - Tues. 4-5pm; Session 2 - Thurs. 4-5pm
COST: $40/session for Fieldhouse Members; $48/session for Non-Fieldhouse Members
SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Coach Jamal offers 1 on 1 training tailored to sport specific needs. Athletes of all ages and sport group are encouraged to sign up. Elements of training include speed, strength, agility, and injury prevention in a 1 on 1 setting. Time and dates of sessions are arranged between Coach Jamal and the individual. Pricing is the same as Personal Training Session Rates.
