Jump Academy
Develop strength and explosiveness to increase your vertical jump. The vertical jump is the best measurement of power and is important for every sport. Join Coach Jamal Mabry as he leads athletes in a twice a week, four-week program. The program includes pre- and post- vertical and broad jump measurements, as well as an at-home workout to be completed each week.

Winter Solstice Retreat
The Winter Solstice acknowledges the shortest period of daylight and longest period of darkness. Winter represents going within ourselves and embracing the dark through rest and reflection. Join Jamie Mason in practices designed to invite deep rest that will include gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation contemplating the light and dark periods of 2023. Light refreshments will be provided.
