Marlene has worked in the health and wellness field for 10 years. Before becoming the Fitness Supervisor at the Fieldhouse, she worked with all populations in sports performance and personal training. She believes regular physical activity looks different for everyone, but the physical and mental benefits are important for all. Whether it’s traditional strength training, group exercise, or participating in sports we can find what we enjoy and be more likely to make physical activity a regular habit.
