Ladies, get your rears iin gear with a comprehensive fitness program made just for you!  You'll learn to simplify your nutrition, make the most of your  workouts, and find the confidence you seek. This program is recommended for those who have completed Women on Weights or are familiar with basic weight training exercises.

Dates:  1/12 - 3/1

Day:  Sundays

Time:  8:30 - 9:30am

Ages:  16+

Cost:  $60 members, $125 non-members (includes 8-week membership)
