Blue Springs Summer Day Camp 2020

Summer Day Camp during the COVID-19 pandemic!

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are working on ways we can provide a safe and healthy camp atmosphere for your children. We are awaiting recommendations and restrictions, but we are hopeful in providing care for your children this summer.

We will keep all parents updated who have already enrolled their children in our camp as well as on our web page and social media sites. Enrollment is still open and available; we have waived the late fee if you have yet to enroll your child.

With social distancing and new protocols in how we will operate, this is giving our camp staff a time to be creative when making our day to day itinerary full of fun games and activities while your child is in our care. Use helpful links on the right side of this page to find registration forms, CIT applications, camp themes and more!
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will send out the parent packet via email for our 2020 summer day camp. This packet will be sent to all parents who current;y have enrolled their children, as well as posted on this page (Located under the Important Info Here -->)

Our camp is designed for a 10 to 1 camper-to-staff ratio during scheduled activities.  We frequently travel to and from activity sites by bus and fill our day with structured learning opportunities, games and large group interaction.  Therefore, this camp may not be the right fit for every child, if you need help in determining whether this camp is right for your child, please contact Camp Director, Brooklynne Simbeck at

CIT Program:

Is your child between the ages of 13-15 but would still like to attend summer camp? Is your child looking for an opportunity to develop leadership skills while making new friends?  Consider applying for our Counselor In Training program!  As a CIT, your child will learn valuable skills while working alongside our camp staff and mentoring younger campers.  Space for this selective program is limited.
Fill out a CIT application and camp registration form and send to Brooklynne Simbeck at
