The City of Blue Springs Police Department sponsors the Crime-Free Multi-Housing Program to address the needs of the owners and managers of multi-family dwellings in the City.

The program helps tenants, owners and managers of rental property keep drugs and other illegal activity off their property. It is an honest, direct, solution-oriented way to help reduce incidents of crime in rental property.

The program utilizes a unique three-phase approach, which ensures the crime prevention goal while remaining tenant-friendly. When each phase is completed, a certificate of completion is awarded.
