What does the Crisis Assistance Program offer?
The Crisis Assistance Program offers short-term counseling by licensed counselors for youths and families living in Blue Springs, or attending a school in the Blue Springs School District.

What types of issues do the counselors work with?
The counselors can work with youth and families on a wide variety of issues such as behavior problems, grief and loss issues, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol issues, anxiety, and other family problems.
3.
How can I get help from the program?
Simply call (816) 228-0178 and Community Youth Outreach Unit Receptionist will assist you in getting set up for services.
