CITY OF BLUE SPRINGS OPENS

INVITATION TO BID

FOR CITY POLICE VEHICLES

  The City of Blue Springs will accept separate sealed bids from qualified persons or firms interested in providing 2022 Utility (SUV) Police package and a 2022 F-150 Police package vehicle with all-wheel drive, backup camera, backup sensors and blind spot monitoring to the Blue Springs Police Department with the possible expectations of multiple vehicles purchased on this bid.  We apologize for the short notice. We are dealing with specific deadlines concerning the order date for vehicles, released budget money and the City Council schedule.

  Bid documents are available by contacting the Records Unit of the Howard L Brown Public Safety Building at 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, MO.  Or the bid documents can be e-mailed to you by contacting Judy Hotmer at .  If coming to our facility, we do observe Covid-19 recommendations, such as social distancing and wearing a mask in the building.

  Sealed bids must be received by 9:00 A.M. on Friday, February 4, 2022, so they can be opened at the Howard L Brown Public Safety Building on February 4, 2022, at 10:00 A.M.  Please mark your envelope “Police Vehicle Bid c/o Capt. Don Rapp” and return to the Howard L Brown Public Safety Building or mail to: Blue Springs Police Department, 1100 SW Smith Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015.
