1. Where and how can I pay my water bill?

We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Master Card, Visa and DISCOVER are accepted for online and phone payments only.

Hours
Walk-in or phone payments: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Drop-off or online payments: Customers can also make payments 24 hours a day,
7 days a week via our drop box, located in the parking lot of City Hall, or through our online payment site.

2. I have a question regarding my water bill. Whom can I contact?

For questions regarding billing, usage, rate, or other issues,
please contact Customer Service via phone, email or in person during normal business hours.

3. What is needed to establish new water service?

Effective May 1, 2009, the City of Blue Springs will utilize its Identity Theft Protection Program to protect its consumers when establishing new water and/or sewer service with the City. Read more below.
