The City of Blue Springs is conducting the 2021 Citizen’s Survey to ensure our priorities are aligned with the needs of all citizens. The 2021 Blue Springs Citizen’s Survey is currently being distributed to a random selection of residents through mail by the ETC Institute.
In order to ensure the results remain statistically valid, not everyone will receive a survey. The City strongly encourages those who do, to complete and return the survey by mail or online.
“If you receive a survey in the mail, please help us by taking a few minutes to complete it,” said Mayor Carson Ross. “We realize it make take some time, but every question is important. The time you invest in this survey will influence decisions that will be made about the future of the City of Blue Springs and allow us to identify and address the many challenges facing our community.”
The survey is designed, distributed, and analyzed by a professional survey company, ETC Institute, which conducts surveys such as this for municipalities nationwide. This will allow the City to compare results with neighboring communities, further assisting in the analysis of what the community thinks about the City and the services it provides. Individual responses will remain completely confidential.
