Blue Springs, Mo. – In an effort to provide Blue Springs community members with an easily accessible way to connect with local government, the City has launched a free mobile app called ‘My Blue Springs’.
Hosted by cloud-based solutions company CivicPlus, this app provides the public with access to City information while on-the-go and will allow users to receive News Flashes, view the City’s Calendar, City Council Agendas and access OpenGov data.
“I am pleased to announce the new ‘My Blue Springs’ app,” said Mayor Carson Ross. “This app works seamlessly with our website to provide users with convenient access to City of Blue Springs services, press releases, notification sign-up and news from their smartphone.”
The ‘My Blue Springs’ app will be updated as new tools come online, offering users more ways to connect and communicate with the City. Future updates include a ‘Submit a Request’ button that will allow users to send in request while on-the-go to address any concerns about code violations, road quality issues or other City related services.
The app is free and can be accessed on both the Apple iTunes Store and the Google Play Store by searching for ‘My Blue Springs’.
