BLUE SPRINGS, Mo. – The City of Blue Springs invites residents to an Independence Day celebration on Saturday, July 4 at Peve Stadium, 2000 NW Ashton Drive. Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 6:30 p.m. to get a good spot and concessions will be available for the event.
The City has partnered with KFKF-FM Country 94.1 to present a special concert beginning at 7:30 p.m. featuring KFKF’s Debbie Erickson with special guest Jackson Gulick kicking off the free show.
The fireworks display will begin after the concert at 9:45 p.m. and last approximately 15 minutes. Watching a professional fireworks display is a safe, family-friendly way to enjoy the holiday – and it’s free! In case of inclement weather, the display will be moved to Sunday, July 5.
This year’s display is sponsored by the City of Blue Springs and KFKF-FM Country 94.1.
