Fall is here which means cooler temperatures, football and enjoying the last bit of nice weather before winter begins. The seasonal transition will introduce the start of a new program at the Fieldhouse, “Stretch and Mobility for Golf.” This fall program will begin October 24 with two different day and time sessions, Mondays at 4:15 p.m. and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. Stretch and Mobility for Golf is designed for any skill level golfer ages 13+ to reduce back pain and tightness, increase hip and shoulder mobility, and improve core strength and balance. The offseason is a great time to prepare and improve for the upcoming season.

The youth speed and agility program for all sport groups also will continue in the fall. These sessions are designed to improve athletic development, coordination, change of direction and speed in a fun environment. There are multiple age group options; 5-7, 8-11, 12-14 and 15-18. For these age groups, we also will offer “Speed Week” in December during winter break. Stay tuned for more information. It will be a great opportunity for youth to be active and improve their speed components while on break from school.
