Gain skills to help improve your speed and agility for whatever sport you participate in. The clinics include athletic development, sprinting, foot-strike mechanics, injury prevention and much more.
Your weekend relaxation starts here with Yoga in the Park! Our Fieldhouse instructors will lead you through a series of poses designed to improve balance, flexibility, and breathing. Registration starts at 7 a.m., with the yoga practice beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please bring a towel or yoga mat, and wear comfortable clothing.
