Silver and Strong

Muscle and bone mass is incredibly important for the aging population.  In Silver and Strong, active older adults will learn the basics of strength training and proper technique.  This small-group class will meet once a week for 45 minutes.  Participants will be provided with nutrition information, an exercise guide, and a 6-week workout plan.
