Why did you choose a career in the fitness field?
It's always been a passion of mine. I wanted to be able to help, motivate, and inspire others to be the healthiest versions of themselves.

Moving is the most important thing. Find something, whatever it is you truly enjoy and MOVE.

Seeing each individual's progress and encouraging them to not give up.
