Exercise and sports have made such a positive impact on my life that I wanted to share that with other people. I have always wanted to work in a job where I could help people and personal training allows me to help others improve their health and fitness.
What is your personal philosophy on fitness?
My personal philosophy on fitness is that you don’t have to be perfect. The key is to be consistent with exercise, nutrition, and recovery. If you can do the right things most of the time, then you can enjoy the other things as well.
What is your favorite part of working as a personal trainer?
My favorite part of working as a personal trainer is getting to work with some awesome people and helping them find a passion for fitness and health. Also, it is very satisfying when you help someone reach their goals whether that’s losing weight, building muscle, or improving their overall quality of life.
What are your specialties or areas of interest?
My specialties and areas of interest are strength training, high intensity interval training, and endurance training for weight loss, building muscle mass, and improved athletic performance.
